HEAT & CONTROL Fabricated chip and potato chip line

Used Heat and Control snack chip (crisp) production line with capacity of 2200 lbs/hour (998 kg/hour).

The majority of equipment was made in 2006 and includes the following major items:

- Stainless steel super sack unloading station with Hapman Flexible Screw Conveyor.

- Advanced Food Systems Model ABM1000 1,000 lb. stainless steel batch mixer with 150 HP drive, 1200 RPM with approximately 20 HP scraper and Allen Bradley panel View Plus 1000 Color Touch Screen Operator Controller and stainless steel 2-door electrical enclosure.

- Stainless steel vertical column lift.

- Machintek stainless steel hydraulic 2-roll sheeter with 18 inch diameter x 42 inch wide jacketed rollers, heat exchanger, top mounted feed hopper, remote electrical enclosure with Allen Bradley Panel View Plus 1000 Color Touch Screen Operator Controller, stainless steel 8-step elevated operator platform.

-Reitz S/S Disintegrator.

- Heat and Control model SFF224610 stainless steel 2,200 lbs. per hour fryer, 46 inch wide x 40 ft. long, including 44 inch wide infeed conveyor, cooling conveyor,

Heat and Control heat exchanger, (2) 54 inch diameter x 6 ft. high stainless steel jacketed oil tanks with dish bottom, 2 inch centre bottom outlet, (3) stainless steel legs, Pioneer 30 HP centrifugal pump, 1 HP stainless steel centrifugal pump, Heat and Control oil separator, Heat and Control exhaust system,

Allen Bradley Remote Panelview Plus 1000 Color Touch Screen Operator Controller.

- Fastback stainless steel vibratory conveyor. Assorted flat belt and scooped flight incline conveyors.

- NB: No flavour system or packing equipment included.

- NB: Line is now professionally dismantled and in storage.
