GAS GRILL-MARKER - HORIZONTAL ROLLS inclined at 45° This machine, thanks to its planning characteristics and design, is suitable for marking diced products or “small product” (vegetables cut in cubes, mushrooms, small onions, etc.) but also for marking sliced products (zucchini, egg-plants, etc.); it is entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel and it allows to grill also wet and salted products (if previously centrifuged). The products are loaded manually on the stainless steel conveyor of the machine. The marking group is composed by 2 rotary rolls with fixed step of 13.5 mm. (or different step - to be agreed at the order). The machine is according to CE rules. Technical features : • n° 02 Gas-Burners with MICROFLAME (1 upper burner and 1 lower burner), complete with the whole control and safety instrumentation for a correct operation. Firebox power: max. 16.000 Kcal/h; control of the flame by ionization device (homologated), electrovalves of interception (homologated for slow starting), electronic starting (i.e. in absence of mail flame), gas-filter, stabilizer of pressure. • n° 01 Exhauster for burned gases which is resistant to high temperatures, including air pressure switch which allows burner starting. • n° 01 Mixer for burned gases, in order to cool down the high temperatures above the exhauster. • Motorization of the feeding conveyor by motor 0,37 HP. • Grilling-marking rolls made of stainless steel Ø 170 mm. – Step: 13.5 mm. (or different step - to be agreed at the order) with adjustable temperature by thermoregulator placed on the electric board. • Stainless steel net with easily disassemble product entrance and exit conveyors for cleaning and maintenance operations. • Group for roll adjusting (manual adjusting). • n° 01 Emergency button installed on the electric board and n° 1 Emergency button installed on the body of the machine. • Installed power: 1 kW. • The whole machine is assembled on a supporting base with adjustable anti-vibration feet
