BERTUZZI Citrus Juice Line

We have a juicing line that has just been decommissioned 

The line comprises of the following 

Bin tipper and hopper 

Fruit inspection conveyor 

Brush washer

Fruit elevator 

Feed conveyor 

Betuzzi juice extractor

Finisher

Bell Bryant Jacketed Juice tank 1500 litres with stirrer

The line was used to make freshly squeezed orange juice 

The extractor produces 1000 litres per hour

(2000kg oranges per hour)

The juice was passed through a finisher and pumped to a juice tank 

It was then hand filled into bottles, however there is a Fogg 10 head filler included with change parts for 250 and 500 ml.
