NB - these units can be installed using the same company that did the dismantlinng.

SOP exists but the buyer will have to be trained on the software. 

The cooling is done at the present facility by the help of big cooling towers in the roof. 

The new buyer will have to have a similar set up to provide cool water to control temperature.

1. What is the freeze dry chamber size per unit (width, depth and height)?  (Each shelf = 1500×1500×24mm X 13 shelves)

3. How many trolleys come with each freeze dryer? ( 6 trolleys -each dimensions : 143 cm X 80cm X68 cm ) A trolley will hold 40 trays. Total trays = 240 ) (Plus 5 trays can be added) (Usually trays can be sold separately)

4. What are the tray dimensions? ( 37 X 29.5 X 3.5 cms )

5. Do you know what gas the Freeze Dryer's are running? The maintenance company will provide details about it. Contact can be provided

6. How many kW does each freeze dryer require to run?  136 kW rating

7. Capacity per unit - how much product per cycle - How long was the cycle - What was the product? 

The Product was Probiotics strains. 8. The cycle we used was 3-6 days long. Usually less for food/fruits. (240 Litres of liquid gave 60 kg powder for us)

9. Do you know how heavy the units are so we can work out what the delivery cost and floor depth needs to be? (12 + tons)
