TETRA PAK (Bric) Top Filling Machine LFU TT3

The TETRA PAK LFU/TT3 is a dual lane horizontal form, fill and seal system,filling into standard Tetra Bric packs with an output of up to 9,000 litres/hr.

On this system, lane one was used for 750 fruit juice bric cartons and lane two for one litre bric fruit juice cartons.

When removed from service, this system had 39k hours run time.

The "LFU" is a lid forming unit whereby a PE endcap is formed which includes a threaded spout for the screw cap.

Installation manuals available

This is a complete system including the cappers and conveyors. All is now dismantled and crated, stored in a warehouse.
